Golf Tour’s Rule: Speak English to Stay in Play

I don’t have a warm fuzzy feeling about this at all. I’m not clear what the benefits of having the players speak English is. No one is going to watch a top golfer if they can’t communicate in English?

Good-Day LPGA.
